New assays from Telstra Hill and Mt Carlton United have confirmed further high grade gold results with peak assays of up to 33.2 g/t gold, 704 g/t silver, and 2.7% copper.
The resource definition and exploration drilling reinforced the shallow, high-grade nature of these deposits which highlights the outstanding prospectivity of the broader Mt Carlton project area and support Navarre’s strategic objective of growing the mineral inventory and extending mine-life.
These deposits, along with satellite deposits at Delta and BV7, provide complementary resources for Navarre’s Mt Carlton operation, given the proximity to the 960Ktpa processing facility within four kilometres.
This highlights the outstanding prospectivity of the broader Mt Carlton project area and supports Navarre’s strategic objective of growing the mineral inventory and extending mine-life.
The results in this latest round of assays will form an updated resource estimate for both deposits, expected to be published in the second quarter of Financial Year 2022-2023.
