Navarre Minerals has issued its quarterly report up to the 31st of December with new pleasing results from production and exploration.

Payable metal production totalled 2,873 ounces of gold, 170,092 ounces of silver and 272 tonnes of copper for the December 2022 quarter. Higher proportions of silver and copper produced, relative to gold, were produced due to processing V2 Stage 6 ore.

Approximately 6,300 metres of exploration and resource definition drilling were completed at Mt Carlton in the quarter to grow mineral inventory, extend mine life and improve confidence in existing mineral resources. Navarre’s growth potential continues to expand with the strong drilling results recorded from Mt Carlton’s satellite mineral deposits.

Outlook for FY23 indicates a stronger second half to FY23 as the operation accesses higher grade open pit ore from MCU, with higher silver and copper grades in comparison to gold. This results in a projection of ~35koz of gold equivalent production for the full year.
