The Mt Carlton Operation is delighted to announce its sponsorship of the Burdekin Cultural Fair, featuring First Fire, as part of the Sweet Days, Hot Nights Festival.

The launch of the festival was held on Thursday night in Ayr, and the team was thrilled to learn about all the fantastic events and activities that will take place during this year’s festival.

The Burdekin Shire Council deserves a big thank you for hosting a fantastic event and working hard to bring this festival to life.

We can’t wait for the First Fire of the 2023 sugar cane crushing season and to join in the celebration of the Burdekin region’s fine food and friendly culture. We look forward to seeing you there!

The fair is being held on 26 May this year. See below for more details.
