Navarre and joint-venture partner Catalyst Minerals are pleased to announce the results from a comprehensive drilling program at several prospects at the Tandarra Gold Project, near Bendigo.

These results come from air-core drilling at the Macnaughtan and Lawry prospects and diamond/reverse circulation (RC) drilling at the Macnaughtan and Tomorrow prospects. These are the final activities until December 2021 / January 2022, once harvest season has ended.

Catalyst Technical Director Bruce Kay said “The Macnaughtan Line has emerged as a second zone of gold mineralisation with high grades intersected in both diamond and air core drilling over a strike length of more than 1,000 metres. Further gold intersections at Tomorrow support the presence of repeat structures that could be mined by underground methods.”

Further exploration at the Tomorrow prospect will follow, as several obstacles such as sediment and water ingress limited RC penetration depth.
