Navarre Minerals’ reconnaissance air-core drilling at the historic St. Arnaud goldfields have again yielded high-grade gold and silver intercepts.
The highlight intercept stands at 1m at 36.4 g/t gold, and 2m at 172.0g/t silver within a broader interval of 6m at 67.0g/t silver and 1.2 g/t gold.
Both sit on the broader Nelson Line, which is the most prolific trend in the goldfield.
This confirms a strong potential to discover significant gold mineralisation beneath and about St. Arnaud. The drilling program consisted of 7,643m of drilling across 113 holes.
